The group is modeled after the renowned Group of Seven, a troupe of similarly styled painters established in Canada in the early 1900s. Since 2007, the 8 have exhibited together throughout Michigan. Together with over 400 years of painting experience, the 8 continue sharing time together painting and discussing the philosophy of art. |
